We are seeking a motivated, personable, and results-driven Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our events and customer experience team. In this role, you will support the planning, promotion, and execution of marketing and promotional events while working closely with event marketing, sales, customer service, and public relations teams. You will provide exceptional customer service, represent clients and brands, and assist with event setup, branding, and overall event aesthetics. Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of marketing and promotional events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and event support to create a positive attendee experience.
  • Professionally represent clients, products, and brands while increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Support event teams in achieving sales, customer acquisition, and performance goals.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, promotions, and events.
  • Build positive customer relationships through professional and engaging communication.
  • Work with management to understand client objectives, event requirements, and customer needs.
  • Assist with event setup, layout, branding, visual presentation, and overall event aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to promote events and attract new customers.
  • Assist with pre-event preparation, onsite support, customer interactions, and post-event activities.
  • Maintain an energetic and professional presence while representing clients and their brands.

Requirements

  • Previous experience is welcome, but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, marketing, communications, or events are encouraged to apply.
