The Event Coordinator will manage private events and sales for the restaurant, booking small events (12-60 people) while serving as the public relations representative. They will build relationships through sales calls and interactions with guests, local hotels, DMCs, and businesses to generate referrals for dining and private parties.

Responsibilities

Event Coordinator Requirements/ Responsibilities:
Experience with corporate clientele meetings and special events, rehearsal dinners, and all elements of the social market is helpful!
Build relationships that will lead to referrals for dining, private parties, and events.
Excellent telephone and in person communication with clients and guests.
Proficiency with the suite of Microsoft Office products as well as OpenTable and Micros.
