AV Technician (One Bangkok)

The AV Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of control systems and equipment throughout the building, performing preventive maintenance and inspections, and responding to tenant requests. The role involves investigating and fixing equipment, maintaining records of chiller consumption and air conditioning temperatures, and providing electrical and telephone support for exhibitions. The technician must be prepared for emergencies and perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Control systems & equipment installed area the building.
• Make the preventive maintenance.
• Make a checklist as assigned from the Engineer and Senior Technician.
• Keep description into the company rules keep in line with the company rules.
• Investigate & repair equipment as requested by tenants.
• Fully inspect all electrical pneumatic climate controls and valves.
• Keep detailed records of the chiller consumption and the temperature of the air conditioning system.
• Provide electrical and telephone system for exhibitions.
• Be prepared for any emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Vocation or Diploma in Electricity or related field.
• New graduate are welcome, if have experience will be advantage.
• Have experience in PM, Building system in high rise building
• Have electronical license will be advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Good interpersonal skills
• Available to work in shift
