As the Assistant Venue Manager for Kingpin Norwood, you will help run this multi-faceted venue and be an inspiring leader to our team. You will have input and influence over the success of the venue and champion our values every day. You will be supported by and provide support to the Venue Manager, with a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
Responsibilities
- As the Assistant Venue Manager for our Kingpin Norwood venue, you will help run this multi-faceted venue & be an inspiring leader to our team! You will enjoy having input & influence over the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day!
- You will be supported by & also provide support to the Venue Manager and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
Requirements
- You must hold a valid WWCC/WWVP/Ochre/Blue Card or are willing to obtain
- You must hold a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- A hands on & effective leader with experience in managing within a multi-faceted hospitality or entertainment venue
- A pro-active and innovative leader that can not only achieve results but inspire your team to push just as hard as you
- Strong relationship builder to effortlessly create amazing experiences for our corporate & social group bookings
- A speedy learner with a good understanding of the financial management of a business
- Passionate about guest experience & ensuring everyone leaves your venue smiling
