PepRep – Onsite Event Sales Representative and Manager

PepReps are the face of PepWear at live events across the country, leading on-site merchandise operations. They travel to assigned events, set up sales areas, manage and support event staff, process transactions, and ensure an engaging customer experience. This role is ideal for energetic, people-focused individuals who enjoy taking ownership and working in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned events and represent PepWear professionally
• Set up and organize merchandise sales areas before events begin
• Lead on-site merchandise sales and provide excellent customer service
• Manage and support event staff throughout the event
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and engaging sales environment
• Monitor merchandise and assist with inventory throughout the event
• Process customer transactions accurately
• Troubleshoot issues and make decisions in a fast-moving event environment
• Serve as a positive representative of the PepWear brand with event partners, staff, performers, families, and customers
• Assist with breakdown and wrap-up responsibilities at the conclusion of the event

Nice to have

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, marching arts, events, or team leadership is helpful but not required.
