As the Senior Events Specialist at Stampin' Up!, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale live, virtual, and hybrid events, including global conventions and incentive trips. You will balance visionary ideas with operational excellence, partnering across departments, mentoring teammates, negotiating with vendors, and analyzing event performance. Your role is to create unforgettable attendee experiences while achieving business objectives, from early planning through final load-out.

Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and partner relationships.
Direct large teams during event setup, execution, and teardown.
Manage multiple complex projects with overlapping timelines and competing priorities.
Analyze event performance using attendee feedback and event data to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Champion operational excellence while continuously improving processes, systems, and event experiences.
