Lead Banquet Houseperson - Hilton McLean Tysons Corner

As a Lead Banquet Houseperson at Hilton McLean Tysons Corner, you will oversee the setup and cleanup of all banquet functions, ensuring event specifications are met. You will supervise and assist the Houseperson team in setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, maintain spotless event spaces through cleaning tasks, and support event operations by helping plan, organize, and execute banquet functions. You will also lead or participate in department meetings to ensure team alignment and preparedness for banquet operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a flawless event setup: Supervise and assist Houseperson team in setting up and breaking down banquet spaces, ensuring all event specifications are met
• Maintain spotless event spaces: Lead and assist in cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, waxing floors, and disposing of trash
• Support event operations: Help plan, organize, and execute banquet functions to ensure smooth and efficient event delivery
• Collaborate for success: Lead and/or participate in department meetings to ensure the team is aligned and well-prepared for banquet operations
