Brand Ambassador (Event Sales & Marketing) - Jacksonville Area

This role involves representing Window Nation at local festivals, community events, home shows, and other high-traffic events throughout the Jacksonville area. The Brand Ambassador will start conversations with homeowners, learn about their home improvement needs, and generate and qualify leads for the sales team. They will create a welcoming experience at the event booth and assist with event setup and breakdown. The position is part-time, typically 10-30 hours per week, and does not involve closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Start conversations with homeowners at local events
• Learn about their home improvement needs and introduce them to Window Nation
• Generate and qualify leads for our sales team
• Create a welcoming, engaging experience at our event booth
• Assist with event setup and breakdown

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to travel to event locations throughout Jacksonville, JAX Beach, and St. Augustine
• Availability for evening and weekend events, including at least two weekends per month
• Confidence communicating with customers face-to-face
• Ability to remain active and on your feet during event shifts
• Ability to assist with event materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, fitness, automotive, wireless sales, or other customer-facing work can translate well to this role.
• Previous sales or event experience is helpful, but direct event marketing experience isn't required. Paid training is provided.

• $18/hour guaranteed base pay
